Милош Грујић

After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka, Miloš Grujić started working in the Investment Management Company “Advantis Capital Management” as a financial analyst, and later as an investment manager. Since 2011, he has worked in the broker-dealer company “Advantis Broker” as a financial analyst.
Since 2008 he has owned the investment manager license from the Securities Commission of the Republic of Srpska. Since November 2015, he has had a license to perform the duties of a permanent court expert in the field of economics, and since April 2020, the duties of a certified public accountant.
From April 2014 to July 2018, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Management Company Pension Fund of Republika Srpska.
He defended his doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka, on the topic "Investing in credit derivatives with the aim of reducing credit risk in emerging markets." He received a master's degree in 2016 at the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka.
He is the author and co-author of more than 80 expert and scientific papers as well as five books on the topic of financial markets. He has published more than a hundred columns and articles on economic analyzes, financial reports, and financial markets in daily newspapers and magazines in Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina. By working closely related to stock trading, he gained experience as a member of several boards and audit committees. He has experience as a lecturer and participant in several conferences, workshops, panels, and seminars in the field of financial markets.
Since 2013 he has been employed in the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska. He worked as an international activities coordinator and Secretary of the Audit Committee. He was a member of the Steering Committee of the Twinning Project, “Enhancing the role of parliaments in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the EU integration”, which lasted from February 2014 to March 2016. Since 2001, he has been a member of the Center for International Relations in Banja Luka. Since 2011 he has been a member of the Association of Economists of the Republic of Srpska - SWOT. Since December 2010 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the handball club “Borac”. From June 2010 to July 2012 he was Chairman of the Audit Committee “Fratello Trade” a.d. Banja Luka - the first private company that was listed on the stock exchange in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He is fluent in English and German. He is married and is the father of one child.
